It depends on the type of project, if it is to be done on the interior of your home you would have to be there. Most of our work is done on the exterior of your home, which means that you would not need to be home because we would not need to come inside. But feel free to be present. Our installers are licensed and insured so you don't have to worry.
Factory-trained installers contracted by Zicklin Contarcting will complete the work. They are insured and bonded.
It would depend on what project is requested; we would try to minimize the time that the project is being done while ensuring the most efficient work to minimize interruption to your life.
Our warranties are owned by us—both labor and the product.
All of our work comes with a written warranty, regardless of the type of work. With the average zicklin Contracting company, if the shingles fail, you may get new shingles on a pro-rated basis. If the labor fails, you might get free labor, providing the company is still in business. At Zicklin Contracting, there is no gap in the coverage of our premium products.
We take 100% accountability. We stand behind our premium products – this means if anything fails, we’ve got you covered.
You will receive instruction as to how to best photograph your home. Trees and other obstructions are usually not an issue.
