Basement Crack Repair: We restore basement walls and floors with cracks, using epoxy injection or polyurethane foam to seal and prevent water infiltration.
Crawlspace Waterproofing: We create a dry crawlspace by installing a vapor barrier, blocking moisture entry, improving drainage, and using a dehumidifier to remove moisture.
Sump Pump Installation: We install a sump pump in the lowest part of your basement or crawl space to collect and remove excess water to avoid flooding and water damage.
French Drain Installation: An underground drainage system in which a trench is dug and filled with perforated piping encased in gravel and then covered with dirt to lead water away from the foundation.
